NEW REPORT OPTION RELEASED:
Many people are aware of the significance of the Saturn Return.
Now you can provide an interpretation that tracks this important
planet's influence from birth to the third Saturn return. At a glance
you can see the shifting influence of Saturn as it transits, and
also identify central influences for the coming cycle, as seen in
the Saturn return chart.
- STAR*MATE COMPOSITE REPORT by Pemo Theodore - $225 sample printout
This report analyzes a romantic relationship
between two people by interpreting the composite chart by focusing
on the following: the essential issues of the relationship, how
the couple deals with essential issues, where and how they complement
each other, how and what they communicate, the weakness of the
relationship and the influences that can affect the longevity
of the relationship. Also discussed are karmic areas and background
issues of the relationship.
Pemo Theodore's approach to the composite chart is innovative and
intriguing: she interprets factors like the asteroids Eros, Cupido,
and Sappho and other as well as more commonly used asteroids like
Ceres and Juno. Also, Black Moon Lilith (the Moon's agogee) is included
in the analysis. The report addresses issues that married couples
and romantic partners are concerned about based on the author's
decades of work with clients, and the text is written in a fluid,
interesting style.
By default, the composite chart is calculated using the Derived
Ascendant method of calculation, and you can change the default
to the Ascendant Method or MC Method if desired.

NOW OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT:
We are now accepting enrollment for
AGY 101 (First of 20 courses)
Evening Part Time Schedule
CLASSES WILL START FEBRUARY 2007
(Specific date in February will be posted soon)
AGY 101: Astrology, Science or Superstition: Scientific method and epistemology,
different philosophical approaches to astrology, astronomical basis of
astrology, historical overview of astrology, astrological terminology,
and basic language of astrology (planets, signs, houses, aspects), various
approaches to astrological interpretation (natal, mundane, financial,
horary, etc.). Students are encouraged to think critically and develop
confidence in understanding the potential strengths and weaknesses of
astrology as a viable field of inquiry in the 21st century.
After completing Astrology 101, the student understands the historical
evolution of scientific thinking, from the high development of mathematics
in ancient times and an emphasis on Platonic idealism, to the influence
of William of Ockham and other philosophers that preceded the discovery
of Kepler's laws and Galileo's experiment around 1600, which were breakthroughs
in applying mathematical concepts to reality and empirically validating
theories to the extraordinary flowering of scientific thought in the
1700's by Newton and others and the evolution of scientific thought up
until the 1900's when the theory of relativity and quantum theory heralded
new paradigms for scientific thinking. The influence of philosophers
of science, such as Auguste Comte, Thomas Kuhn, and Paul Feyerabend are
studied, as well as perspectives on science from physicists such as Richard
Feynman. A study of the scientific method, beliefs about how and why
astrology works according to many astrologers, and important critical
thinking skills rounds out the student's ability to think intelligently
and critically about astrological theory. The student also becomes familiar
with critically important astronomical foundations of astrology, such
as the 5 great circles.
AGY 101 provides
a "platform" for
the student from which the information provided in
future courses can be put into proper perspective.
