We are determined to see that every customer is happy with any of our products and services. We insure that all of the programs that we offer perform well for each one of you. So if you have a problem and you cannot find the answer to your problem in the Help System, call us and we will do our best to straighten out the problem as soon as possible. If the problem is a minor one, you may prefer to write us about it.

Before we are able to provide technical support however, we must locate and confirm your record first. Therefore, make sure that you have the following information handy when you contact us either by phone or by email to expedite our reponse to the nature of your call:

  • Be ready to give us your Full Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Registration Number

If you moved, send us your old address to confirm your record, along with your new address so we can update your record.

Another good alternative to calling or writing is to fax your question to us. The best and the cheapest way to contact us is by email.

We encourage everyone to let us know when you move so we can keep your record up to date. Send us a postcard or drop us an email with both your old and new addresses so we can immediately confirm and update your record.

Answering Machine

We do not use an answering machine or answering service. We answer calls within 2-3 rings during office hours.
